America Is Number One, The Fattest Industrialized Country In The World, With 74% Of Our People Overweight And 25% Obese.   What Is There About The American Diet That Is Producing Billions Of Fat and Obese People All Over The World?   Is gaining weight and obesity the outward expression of a symptom of Nutritional Debt?

Everyone thinks that they have gained weight because they eat too much or because they are genetically prone or they do not exercise.   Those answers are only partially true; they are missing the root cause of why so many people are gaining weight and also getting sick in America.   There are some details being left out, that give you the real answer and the root cause of why you are gaining weight and getting sick, no matter what you do.

There are some spectacular diets out there that can have you losing weight at a very fast rate but what about your health?   These diets can make you look good but why are you getting sick and on medication and what happened to your energy?   About 80% of Americans are on medication and so are most kids over 12 years of age.   Hey, we have a real problem here and it is not getting better, it is getting worse.   I do not expect that this article is going to solve the health problems of Americans but maybe I can help you as I was helped by someone a long time ago.

Once I understood the detailed truth of why I was overweight by 30 pounds and sick, it changed my life forever.   It was a revelation for me, I had what they call a moment of clarity and that clear truthful thought went from my brain down into the center of my body and spread outward.   In three months I weighed what I weighed when I got out of the service, 170 pounds at 6’3″, and I have stayed at that weight for the last 20 years.   At about that same time my prostate cancer symptoms were all gone and I had not taken one medication or modern medical treatment.

The key to solving this health problem is understanding what caused the problem in the first place.   Because when you understand the truthful details of what caused your health to decline, then that truth becomes your tool to change your health as you want with ems ab belt.   Instead of being a victim like the people you see everywhere today; you become the master of your health.

A victim is just where I found myself, because until I discovered the truth about my health, I was a complete victim.   This was 20 years ago and I was sick all the time, I had no energy, I was overweight, I felt bloated and gassy, and I had indigestion and acid reflux.   I had trouble sleeping, headaches, back problems, arthritis in my neck, back, knees, ankles and feet.   I kept telling myself that it was old age coming on and that I should accept it gracefully and limp along downhill with my belly hanging out trailing gas until it was over.   Great picture huh, well it gets better folks.   Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it got worse and it got worse in the worst place.   It got worse right between my legs, a man’s worst nightmare, his prostate.   Well if I go any further with this train of thought I will be rewriting my biography which you can read on my website.

But the information you just read about the way I felt physically creates the perfect picture of someone in nutritional debt.   My life style at the time was so poor that my body could not take any more and all those symptoms were the signals of different systems beginning to crash.   Why were the systems in my body beginning to suffer this way so that I would experience symptoms like a headache?   What was happening was those systems were not receiving the nutrition they needed to run properly.

Just for a minute, imagine your body is the engine in your car.   That engine depends on good gasoline to run the engine, oil for lubrication and radiator fluid for cooling.   If the engine is not receiving those, let us say the engine nutrition products, for some reason, your car will begin to have symptoms like a knocking sound, or the engine misses or overheats.   So you go to your mechanic and he asks you “what is your engine doing” (the symptoms of engine problems)?   You tell him and he checks and says you have not been adding oil like you should and you now have some major repairs that must be made.   So because you did not know you needed to add a $3 quart of oil to the engine you now have your car stuck at the garage with hundreds of dollars of repairs to be made.

This is exactly what had happened to my body.   I did not know that my body was not getting what it needed to run properly and now I was in trouble.   But wait a minute; I was giving my body the same nutrition everyone else was.   In fact I was in pretty good shape for a guy in his forties.   I had just earned a black belt in karate a few years before and I worked out every day.   I ate a lot of vegetables with lunch and dinner and I had cooked cereal for breakfast every morning.   I also took some expensive vitamins every day to make sure I was covering all the nutritional bases, so where did I go wrong?

What I did is pretty simple, I broke some basic rules of Nature, little things you should or should not do so your body runs well, like giving it enough water every day.   Well like everyone else I just did not know about those rules; there are no realistic instructions given on how to maintain good health.   So we are on our own and most of us eat to entertain ourselves, I know I did.   We do not even think about what happens between our body and the food after we swallow it.

We are in fact encouraged by the media to break these rules and most markets do not even offer us a choice.   Then the very people, who are supposed to protect our health, spin the information so much they are confusing.   They even make laws to stop anyone from saying that to eat certain whole foods might prevent or cure you of many diseases even though it is true.

Nature’s Rule of Enzymes and Nutritional Debt

There are some things about food that few people are aware of and they are fairly simple to understand, they are rules of Nature.   One rule is about enzymes. You have probably heard of them but you may not be aware of how intimately important they are to you.   Enzymes are still pretty much a mystery to science.  They know that enzymes are a protein, a catalyst (alters the velocity of a chemical reaction) and without enzymes there is no life on planet earth.   We cannot move, breath or think without enzymes.   You cannot digest or assimilate food without enzymes; “and you thought it was stomach acid that did that”.   No, the stomach acid helps but it is the enzymes that break your food down to the molecule level so it can be absorbed.   Your body from the beginning of human existence has expected you to bring in live enzymes with every meal you eat.   Well that should be easy because enzymes are in all food,   but we are dealing with reality here and in America we cook most of our food.   Enzymes are destroyed during the cooking process if the temperature reaches somewhere between 112 and 118 degrees Fahrenheit and they are also destroyed during the refinement process of flour, sugar and rice.   So a large source of enzymes that your body expected and needs is not there and you are suffering for that as you will see.

Your body will try to correct this problem you created by using your pancreas for this emergency.   Your pancreas creates pancreatic acid (enzymes) and mixes them with your food at your small intestine to assist the digestion process, not digest whole meals.   The pancreas can help but it is not enough and the pancreas is overworked by doing this at every meal.   The result is America now has an epidemic (1in 4 people, children and adults) of contracting diabetes.   I certainly broke that rule, I cooked just about every vegetable I ate and as I said earlier, I ate cooked cereal for breakfast every morning.  Fortunately for me I did not get diabetes.   When I got sick they told me to change my breakfast, so I now make an enzyme loaded fruit smoothie called The Morning Drink every day.   I suggest that you read the article and make it for yourself every morning like I do.

The rule is you have to bring in live enzymes at every meal, so that means raw live foods with breakfast, lunch and dinner.  How do you benefit from enzymes in raw foods?  How much do you need?   To benefit from the enzymes in your food at each meal you will need to eat 70% of your meal in raw produce (for the average person that works out to about 1 to 1½ lb or .4 to .7 kg).   Now, I know some people are moaning about the amount.  Listen, if you only ate 35% or more at each meal that would make a significant difference to your heath.   I am giving you the optimal amount so you know where the goal is, just start somewhere and work your way up and supplement with a high quality enzyme (I suggest Digest-Pan).

Most people are breaking this rule; they are cooking most of their food and eating many refined products.   The enzymes that are not in your diet are creating a significant amount of the nutritional debt I have been talking about.   Without enough enzymes to digest your food properly you are not absorbing all the nutrition you could.   So you can eat a large meal but your body does not think you have because it is not receiving the nutrition it expected.   So you will still be hungry and you will feel cravings for more food (those of you who are overweight know exactly what I am talking about).   This is because your body is trying to fill the nutritional hole you are creating without enough enzymes/nutrition.   At this point you could shovel in the food (that has no enzymes); lie on your bed gaining incredible amounts of weight and still never feel completely satisfied with what you ate; we see this nightmare on TV all the time.   So until you bring in those enzymes that your body wants and needs for proper nutrition, you will always be gaining weight and suffering from disease symptoms, wondering why me.

Nature’s Rule of Acid Alkaline and Nutritional Debt

This next rule revolves around the same issue, not enough produce in the diet of the American people.   In the United States we eat primarily acid foods we just love them and we think that they are the food that makes us strong.   Well we have gotten the wrong information again and carried it to such an extreme that it is killing us; yet we just continue consuming the same stuff because there is no one to tell us it is wrong.

What are acid foods?   Acid foods are animal protein, all dairy products, breads, rice, legumes, nuts, seeds, caffeine, and of course processed foods like sugar and enriched flour.   These foods create acid in your body when they are eaten and to use these foods, your body must neutralize them.   Some of these foods are nutritious in their whole state and we need to eat some every day.   The problem is the amount, how much you eat of the acid foods.   If you look at a menu in a restaurant you would see that at least 80% of what is offered for an average meal is acid.   This is very troubling for your body because only 20% of the meal is alkaline and alkaline foods are what your body is using to neutralize the acid. 

What are alkaline foods?   Alkaline foods are the produce that we eat, fruit (includes citrus because during digestion lemons, limes and grapefruit become alkaline) and vegetables.   Your body gets the alkaline it needs to neutralize the acidic foods from the produce you bring into your body.   The ratio to do this properly, so your body does not suffer, is 70% alkaline foods and 30% acid.   This as you can see is just about the complete opposite of the way the average American eats today, shocking isn’t it?

Now here are the problems that this causes your body.   Your body must maintain your blood at a slightly alkaline state (7.35 – 7.45 pH).  If it cannot, you will be sick, you could die.   Well because most of us eat too many foods that are acidic this causes the body to play a balancing act with your health, not good.   Your body will deplete you of minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium to buffer the acid and maintain your bloods pH.   Where does your body get these minerals?   To protect you from yourself, your body will take these minerals from your vital organs and your bones (the direct cause of osteoporosis).   The problem is that this damages the organs, uses nutrition in the process, and leaves you open to chronic degenerative diseases.

This acidic situation also causes other problems for your body.   Your blood will have difficulty carrying oxygen to the organs of your body, leading to fatigue and leaving the gate open to dangerous degenerative diseases such as cancer.   Below are some of the minor symptoms of low oxygen and loss of those minerals from your vital organs and bones.   Weight gain, Obesity, Headaches, Sunken eyes, Hormonal problems, Dry hair with split ends, Low energy, Premature aging, Aching muscles, Joint pain, Infections, Depression, Stressed feelings, Gums and Teeth ache, Digestion problems, Leg cramps, Bad breath, Water retention—Many doctors prescribe medications for these symptoms but that will not really help the patient.

Allowing this acidic condition to exist in your body can lead directly to deadly diseases such as these; all forms of cancer, all Autoimmune Diseases, Arterial sclerosis, Kidney failure, Heart disease, Hypertension and Stroke are just some of the diseases. —-Modern medicine will use strong drugs, operations and radiation on these diseases but this does not address the real cause; you will be sick the rest of your life.

Under these acidic conditions your body’s ability to assimilate vitamins and minerals is also restricted, leading to increased nutritional debt.   Without enough alkalizing foods in your diet you are losing vital nutrition, vitamins and minerals.   So again, you can eat a large meal of acid foods but your body only suffers because it must strain itself to neutralize what you have eaten.   So you will still be hungry and you will feel cravings for more food as you go deeper into the nutritional debt hole.

Interesting, the answer is simple and exactly the same as it was for enzymes.   To get enough alkalizing food at each meal you will need to eat 70% of your meal (for the average person that works out to about 1 to 1 ½ lb or .4 to .7 kg) in raw produce (you can take an alkalizing supplement like  Earth’s Nutrition  or Bountiful Blend to assist you with this).      Adding these alkalizing foods will also fill that nutritional hole and you will feel full after a meal; the craving will go away and you will move to your genetic weight as I did.   Eating this way will deal with the minor symptoms above; especially if you do some simple Cleansing and Detoxing of some of your bodies systems.

Nature’s Rule of Refined Foods and Nutritional Debt

We all know refined ingredients and their products are bad for our health but they can also lead us into nutritional debt.   Well, so far the refined foods have broken the first 2 rules, they have no enzymes for digestion and they are acidic, both encouraging Nutritional Debt.   When you swallow a refined product, they bring essentially nothing with them.  Other than that comfort taste, you get nothing.

How do foods, which are completely stripped of nutrition and essentially dead, rate a rule of their own.   Here is how.  As they pass through your body they are an energy vacuum stripping nutrition out of you as they go, in four different ways.   One, they are drawing energy from your body because they have to be digested like everything else you eat, and that digestion takes nutrition from you.   Second, this stuff has to be eliminated.  That also takes energy, but refined food as you know has no fiber so the loss in energy is even higher than normal.   Third, their products can bring chemical toxins with them and those have to be dealt with which can take years, another nutritional drain.   Fourth the refined product brings empty calories that carry no nutrition, so you are burning energy and draining nutrition that it did not bring with it.   So all the way through your body the refined product draws nutrition without giving you a thing, not even enough energy to break even, that is a Nutritional Debt.

Nature’s Rule of Vitamin and Mineral Supplements and Nutritional Debt

Many of you are taking vitamin and mineral supplements thinking that these are helping you get the nutrition you are not getting from your food.   Well guess what, wrong again, you are probably being ripped off just like I was.   I had been taking them for years and I kept taking them as I got sicker and sicker, they did not help.   In fact they were helping to make me sicker because most vitamins on the market are synthetic trash that cannot be absorbed by the human body.

I want to get right to the point here.   There is a basic law of nature when it comes to the absorption of nutrition in human or animal digestive systems that cannot be broken.   We as humans and all animals for that matter, depend completely on plants like corn, lettuce, apples and so on for our nutrition.   To try to sidestep that law is to imperil our health.   We cannot take a shovel full of dirt and create a tomato; no one can; only nature through God can do that.   Yet, there are company’s who make vitamins under our government’s control that violate that law of nature completely.   A number of these vitamins you and I have known about through advertisements since we were children.   These vitamins are a complete waste of time and money.   You would feel better if you gave the money to charity rather than buy these vitamins.   You will get very little nutrition from these vitamins, as they are impossible for us to digest.

How could that be you may be thinking?   Here is what is wrong with those vitamins.   It is the connection between the molecules.   We can get little nutrition from a handful of dirt or synthetic vitamins because the molecules are too tightly bound together, called ionic bonding.   A tomato plant draws these ionic nutritional elements from the ground and through photosynthesis creates the tomato that we can eat and absorb as nutrition.   That plant changed the ionic bonds to covalent bonds and those loosely bound molecules that make up that tomato we can absorb covalently as nutritious food.

Using these synthetic vitamins can cause problems such as nutrient depletion and toxicity.  They cannot help you recover from Nutritional Debt.   USP on the label does not protect you.  They are allowed by the government to do many bizarre things such as use sewage sludge to produce certain vitamins such as B-12 cyanocobalamin.   Here are just a few of the other things that synthetic vitamins are made of benzene, petroleum esters, irradiated animal fat/cattle brains, acetylene, coal tar derivatives, hydrochloric acid, acetonitrole with ammonia.   Give me a break; no one who was aware of this would put those things in their body.

How do you know if your vitamins are made from food?   This is very specific; if your vitamins are made from food, it will say so on the label.   The government does control whole food vitamins and by law they must be made from food or the company will be shut down.   Here is the wording to look for on the label, used by food vitamin companies like ours, “Whole Food Vitamins”, “Made From Whole Foods” or “Food Vitamins”.   Use this link to see and read about 100% Whole Food Supplements .   If the label says “Food Based” I would not buy it, that is a trick. They added some food so they could put “Food” on the label.

Here is another trick that synthetic vitamins use to fool you into thinking you are getting something from their products.   They will list large amounts of this and that vitamin that you are getting, sometimes thousands of times the RDA.   Nowhere in nature will you see such large doses offered as you find in synthetic vitamins.   That is why you can compare the cheapest with the most expensive synthetic multivitamin and they are about the same except for name, price and fancy label.   But no matter how fancy their price, pitch, label or numbers, the bottom line is you cannot absorb the stuff like you can a food supplement.
