Important Note: 
Before you move on to the Colon Detox, be sure that you have done the Colon Cleanse and that you know how many cleanse capsules you need to maintain healthy regulated bowel movements.

PART 2 - Colon Detox

Day 1:

Colon Cleanse capsules this week.  Add 1 or 2 more capsules because the detox formula can cause constipation.   At the beginning of Part 2 is when we begin to start the Colon Detox formula.   You will take this formula 5 times each day beginning in the morning.   The function of these herbs is to remove toxins and old fecal matter from the lining of the bowel.   It is hard to believe but some people you probably know, possibly yourself are carrying around pounds of old fecal matter (some have as much as 50 to 70 pounds of fecal matter).

For Detox Powder

Mix 1 heaping teaspoon of the Colon Detox formula powder with either 8 oz of water or fruit juice in a small jar, put the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.   Drink quickly at times listed below.

For Detox Capsules

If you have the Colon Detox formula capsules take 9 capsules, 5 times daily at times listed below.

1. First AM, one hour before you put anything in your stomach.
2. Do the same one half hour before lunch.
3. At approximately 3 PM.
4. Approximately one half hour before dinner.
5. One hour before bedtime.

Organic flax seed (Linum), Apple Fruit Pectin, Pharmaceutical Grade Bentonite Clay, Psyllium seed and husk (Plantago species), Wild Crafted Slippery Elm inner bark (Ulmus fulva), Organic Marshmallow root (Athea offcinalis), Organic Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulagare) and Activated Willow Charcoal (Salix alba)
