PART 3 - Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse

Week 3

Five Day Liver, Gallbladder Cleanse and Detoxification Program

Important Note:
You must complete the two week Bowel Cleanse and Detox before you begin this cleanse.  Continue taking the Colon Cleanse capsules throughout the liver cleanse.

DAY 1 through 5: Herbs and Drinks for the Third Week of Cleanse

Upon arising, drink 8 ounces of distilled water.

Breakfast drink for the Liver and Gall Bladder Cleanse
Mix in a blender:
Eight ounces distilled water.
The juice of one lemon (and ½ of the peal optional).
One clove of garlic (add one clove more each day till you reach 5 cloves on the last day).
One tablespoon of olive oil (add one spoon more each day till you reach 5 tablespoons on the last day).
One small piece of fresh ginger Root (about 1 inch long).
Liquefy for 45 seconds then drink immediately.

15 minutes after this drink consume 2 cups of Liver Detox Tea described below.

Liver Detox Tea
The night before Day 1 of Liver Cleanse, add 2 tablespoons of
Liver Detox Tea to approximately 32 ounces of distilled water in a covered saucepan and let soak over night.  The next morning simmer the tea for 15 minutes strain and drink.

Save the grounds, add 2 tablespoons of fresh tea to these that evening with 32 ounces of distilled water in your saucepan, and let soak for the next days Detox Tea.  Discard these grounds, start fresh tea for the next day, and add fresh tea to those grounds. 

 Both extracts below can be taken in a few ounces of water at the same time.

Anti-Parasite Formula
Consume two droppersful of Anti-Parasite Formula 4 times daily during this cleanse, morning, noon, late afternoon, and evening.
Take in a few ounces of water.  It should be quite bitter.
 

Liver / Gallbladder Tincture
Consume 2 droppersful of
Liver/Gallbladder Formula 4 times daily during this cleanse, morning, noon, late afternoon, and evening.
Take in a few ounces of water.  It should be quite bitter.
