Potassium Broth Recipe
This is a great tasting addition to your cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, poisons and unwanted salts and acids while giving you a concentrated amount of vitamins and minerals.
Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings (thatís ľ to Ĺ inch thick peelings)
25% carrot peelings (thatís ľ inch thick) and whole chopped beets (organic)
25% chopped celery and dark greens (organic)
25% chopped onions include 50 cloves of garlic (organic)
Add hot peppers to a temperature you can tolerate, the hotter the better (organic)
Add organic herbs and spices to taste
Add enough distilled water to cover vegetables and simmer on a very low temperature for 1-2 hours
If you are sick drink only the broth and put vegetables in your compost pile.
If you are not sick you may puree the soup in a blender.*
Make enough for 2 days and refrigerate for the second day.
It is important for the Faster to use organic vegetables, herbs and spices whenever possible. We want to avoid toxic chemicals especially insecticides and fertilizers as they interfere with the strength of the cleanse.
*Drinking only the broth increases the power of the cleanse.
