You
Are Sick and You Need Help Now
Every sick
patient that walks through my doors is nutritionally depleted. A
lack of nutrition in your blood can cause everything from low energy
and a weak immune system to virtually any disease. Your speed and
ability to recover are greatly reduced when you are nutritionally
depleted. Nutrition is what builds every cell, every organ and every
metabolic chemical in your body. Nutrition is what builds your body;
it’s what YOU are made of.
What does nutrition have to do with getting sick?
Nutrition has everything to do with getting sick. I talk to people
every day, they tell me they eat a very healthy diet. But when I
ask them what they had for breakfast I have to tell them that what
they just told me is food guaranteed to cause disease. Oh guess
what, many of them are vegetarians and many vegetarians eat
improperly for a human being.
So What Should
You Eat?
In America; the average person eats a diet composed of mostly acid
foods (meat, dairy, grains, legumes, etc.). Eating a diet composed
mostly of these types of foods encourages an acid environment to
exist in your body. Allowing this acidic environment to exist in
your body is one of the greatest known threats to your body’s
health. An acid environment leads to heart disease, cancer,
arthritis, allergies, metabolism problems, weight gains,
psychological problems (depression, mood swings etc.), hormone
imbalances, etc.
The majority
of Americans ph runs at about 5.5 which is acidic. A healthy human
body has a ph of between 6.5 to 7.5 ph. Balancing
your body’s ph is one of the top keys to health and healing.
So how do you make your body alkaline? By
eating foods that are alkaline. Fruits and vegetables are alkaline,
everything else is acid.
Start your day
with fruit. I highly recommend starting your day with my "Morning
Drink". It is a highly nutritious fruit smoothie. Make this drink
for your self every morning for the rest of your life, you will love
it.
For lunch and
dinner, add raw vegetables. Here is what I tell everyone, “get a
scale and measure one pound of vegetables with your lunch and
supper.” Every time I say that to someone I hear a moan, “I could
never eat that much with my meal.” Of course you can. One tomato,
a half of a cucumber, three stalks of celery, and one quarter head
of lettuce is equivalent to one pound of vegetables. You can
easily eat this and have room for other foods. Eating raw
vegetables this way creates a very nice digestive environment in
your stomach. You will feel a very pleasant pleasurable feeling in
your tummy if you eat this way.
Drink Water
You need water
if you are sick and you want to start reversing things. How much
water? I would suggest at least 48 ounces a day minimum and it
should be distilled. Distilled water is a vacuum that draws toxins
to it. This is very valuable. Getting toxins out of your body is
top priority. Some people are going to tell you that distilled
water will leach the minerals out of your body. That is a wives
tale, the amount of minerals you would lose, could be replaced with
one almond. I used nothing but distilled water for over a year
while I fought the prostate cancer and the results were, cancer
cured.
Some Foods to
Avoid
Avoid all refined products, such as refined bread, refined rice,
refined sugar, refined salt. Go low on meat intake no more than 8
ounces a day avoid preserved meats such as bacon, ham, and all deli
meats (they can cause methemoglobinemia). Avoid dairy
(see article) it just pulls down your immune system. Use rice milk or
almond milk if you need it. Yogurt is fine (plain is best stay
away from sugary junk yogurt), it is no longer directly from a cow
and has friendly bacteria which is a big support to your immune
system.
Super Foods
More than 35 billion years ago, some of these green food algae were
the first form of photosynthetic life. Spirulina and its cousins
often are referred to as “whole foods” or “green super foods”
because they contain a complete nutritional profile, not merely one
or two biologically active components. Many of them are almost
identical chemically to the blood that flows in our bodies.

My experience with Earth's

started when I was cleansing and detoxing. I took at least one
scoop three times a day while fighting the cancer. When I noticed

Exercise and Your Immune System
Do you
exercise at least 3 times per week? The lymph system plays a large
part in our total immune system. There are 45 pints of lymph (3
times more than blood) that move throughout the body. Breathing
and movement are two ways that lymph is moved, as it does not have a
heart. For breathing, go to “Programs” then to yoga. Study this
breath, “Kapalabhati”
is an incredibly energizing breath it will strengthen your lungs
relax your heart and nervous system and oxygenate every cell of your
brain and body. One thing all germs, viruses and cancer have in
common is they cannot stand oxygen.
